RMA R225561 Status

Greetings,

 

I sent RMA R225561 in w/ two sticks of RAM and I haven't heard anything back to even acknowledge that it had arrived. Could you be so kind as to check into it and provide an update. It would be appreciated.

Thanks for the info. I did as you suggested and talked to a guy and he explained that they would be shipping my replacement RAM out the following day. They did and I just returned from an out of town trip to find two boxes from Corsair. Unfortunately, instead of replacing the TWINX2048-3200C2PT I sent in, they sent me back one 1024-3200cpt and two 512-3200cpt. I couldn't believe they would do that. I upgraded last year from the twin 512 to the twin 1024 and now they send me the wrong replacement. I just wanted them to honor their warranty and replace what failed.

 

Please help. How can I fix this Corsair screw up?
