System instability with Duel channel RAM

Hello RAM guy,

I originally purchased one stick of the Corsair CM2X1024-6400PRO RAM for my system. After a month or so I decided it was time for another gig. So I ordered one from Newegg and that was that. Shortly after I noticed that my system would crash while I was playing games. Also, sometimes I would not be able to load Windows (loop booting). So I got a diagnostic CD from work and ran the whole gambit on my system. Everything came back clean. There are no problems when I take out the second stick. To make a long story not as long I am now looking at RAM compatibility as my problem. I have run Memtest86+ on my RAM and it passed. I would like to know what the optimum settings are for my motherboard (Asus P5B-E). If you don't think that sounds like a RAM compatibility issue please let me know. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Okay RAM GUY, I did what you said except that I dont see a place to increase the voltage on the RAM from the default 1.9v to your recommended 2.1v. After changing the write to precharge delay to 15 I ran memtest86+ v1.7. There were no errors when I ran it in std mode, but when I changed it to show all memory it came up with all errors. Is that typical when using dual channel or what? What should I do from here? Thanks in advance!

The Voltage and timings will need to be manally set, please check the user manual in section 4 for help with the Bios settings. But the memory Voltage will be under Jumper Free and the memory timings will be under Advanced Chipset usually.
