RMA #R220847 again

Several weeks ago, I sent in a bad memory module that needed to be replaced. On January 30th, I posted here (http://www.houseofhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57305) to check the status of the RMA, and was told that I should contact the RMA department, which I did. On February 2nd, I received an e-mail asking me to confirm the part number of the RMAed memory, and saying that as soon as I did that, the part would be shipped to me by overnight delivery service. A week and a half later, I still haven't received the memory or heard from customer service about any other problems. I'm not trying to be rude or start problems here, but I do need that memory, and it's been nearly a month since I sent it in. Is there any way we can find out what the problem is so we can get it fixed?
