Status of RMA #60655

I dispatched the package on 20th Jan and it was transferred to the USPS. Has it arrived at Corsair yet? If so what is the status of the return.

 

Additionally, are the replacement parts sent in a package marked "warranty replacement"? I don't want to be hit by duty & VAT on something I already paid for.

I am sorry I cannot find your rma record, and the number you gave looks to be a case number but it's not found. Please call our customer service at 510-657-8747 or send them an email at rma@corsairmemory.com and ask them to check this for you along with your contact information so they can look it up for you!
