I sent a defective XMS3200 module on January 9 but I haven't heard from you. Thank you for letting me know whether you have received it.

I'll get in touch tomorrow with the postal services to know if they can trace the parcel.




I have just talked to a representative of the postal services: the parcel has left France on January 13, then they have no way of tracking it in the US.

It should have reached the RMA department by now.
