[Aus] RMA Status - Case 48180

How can I determine the status of my RMA?

Case # 48180

RMA # R217617



The package was picked up from Melbourne Australia on 9th Jan 2007

and delivered to San Francisco US on 11th Jan 2007.

Tracking results can be found here with consignment # 899346092

(you'll need to enter the #).



I sent an email via http://tools.corsairmemory.com/helpdesk/contact.aspx

on 25th Jan 2007 about this and have not received any replies since.

In this email, I asked:

* if the package was received and processed?

* if the return delivery is via USPS or courier?

* if you have a tracking # for the return delivery?

* how long would it take to reach Australia?


Any help would be appreciated.

I have sent a message to our customer service and asked them to check the status for you but I would suggest you follow up with them directly by calling them at 888-222-4346 Ext "0" or 510-657-8747 Ext "0" or please send an email to rma@corsairmemory.com along with your RMA# and ask them to check the stats for you.

I finally received my RMA replacement package today 2 Mar 2007.

I sent off the package on 9 Jan 2007.


I was happy for a moment until

I noticed the replacement was only 1 stick of CMX512MB XMS3200 DDR.


I sent in a set of Twinx 1024R-3200C2, ie. 2 sticks for CMX512R-3200C2 memory.

I think we should've bought another set from a vendor instead

of waiting and not getting the correct part.
