Yet another RMA status request

Just checking on RMA R221098. I sent the product back by FedEx on 01/17. FedEx tracking shows the product was signed for on 01/18 at 9:14 A.M. by S. Sam. I have called four times now twice on Friday an Two times today to only be told that THER IS NO RECORD OF RECEPT OF MY PACKAGE. All four times I gave my tracking number to the person I spoke with (FedEx 8592 9364 6380) After reading this forum I am beginnig to get nervous. Seeing another person with the same issues on the same day using a different delivery service has me questioning the ability of the RMA and receiving dept. ??????????? Who can I call for help? Can you suggest a name and extension. Thanks for your help.

Oops.

When inquiring about an RMA number on 01/17 via phone, one of your RMA staff was gracious enough to issue an RMA number for my return. To further confuse I also recived an RMA number on 01/18 for my original on line request for such. Not complaining, but this is where the confusion, which I helped create, begins. When I sent the memory back I used RMA number R220796 which was issued by the RMA staff person.

I have been using the RMA number issued by the on line reqest when calling to inquire about status (R221098). MY BAD!!!

Please check RMA number R220796.

One last question. The memory I sent back is TWIN2X2048-6400PRO. I would like to upgrade to TWIN2X2048-6400C4PRO. Willing to pay for the upgrade. Is this possible?

Thanks for your help and SORRY for the confusion!
