doug archer Posted January 20, 2007 Share Posted January 20, 2007 I bought a voyager 512 in Aug 2005. It worked very well up until a couple of months ago. When I mounted it to my home computer the computer promptly crashed. I have tried on two others with the same result. On a fourth the computer did not recognize it. I took it to the store and they kept it for a month and a half before telling me that it was no longer under warranty and I had to buy a new one. I pointed out that it was under warranty and wanted it replaced. They told me to contact Corsair directly. I tried twice to use the "NEW Tech Express" feature and when it didn't function I sent two emails using the "Contact Us" feature on the web site saying so. So far no response. I am not impressed.
