I called and asked to be e-mailed with my tracking # once the replacement is shipped, but I have not received any e-mail yet. According to the FAQ an RMA is processed within 24-48 hours. I was counting on having my computer back up within 1 week, but as things stand right now, it might be close to 2 weeks. I have work and financial data that I need access to asap... I have dealt with other bad modules from other companies, but so far Corsair has the worst RMA process and processing time... ps. my RMA Number: R219606 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
