I have emailed and called, but have not had any luck with anyone returning my messages. I have a bad memory module (tested and verified with boot-up memory testers). The model # of the memory module is VS1GB400C3. My case number is 50947, and my full name is Dan Karam. Can you please provide me with an RMA number for this case so I can get the memory replaced?
