RMA Request

Just got done testing both sticks of my CMX1024-3200C2PT. One stick died about a 3 months ago, then I was moving into my new home, So I'm just now getting to this. The other stick I've been using since then. One came up with two errors and caused memtest to be halted "the stick I"ve been using by itself for a while.", the other came up with well over 14000+ errors. I've never overclocked my ram and honestly I believe the latencies were never adjusted to get the most out of them.

Can you tell me the make and model of MB you have along with the CPU speed and it’s FSB as well? In addition, please tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?

Please make sure that you have the latest bios and then load setup defaults and set the Dim Voltage to 2.1 volts and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have (Cas 2-3-3-6), and then test the module/modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. In addition, with this MB you have to disable legacy USB in the bios when running any memory test.
