How about my OC result? 280Mhz...

Today i just register to this forum and i m a fresher here, Hello to everyone

 

1.i just oc my corsair c2pt (512x2) form 200Mhz to 280Mhz at 2.88v

in case i dunt know what is the IC inside, i cant find it at any forum and 'IC Inquiry Thread' so i just add whenever voltage to OC it , please RAM guy(or anyone else) can tell me what ic chip inside my memory (XMS3200v5.2 0626220-0 CL2)??tq here

2.my oc record for my ram is 280Mhz 3 4 4 10 16 1T ay 2.88v (thanks to the corsair memory)and it's pass memtext86 for 7 hours and sp2004 for 9hours 30min and also super-pi, 3d mark 05-06.

my question is 'it is a good OC result'? and 'it that posible to reach more higher' ?

3.another oc is 259.6Mhz 2.5 3 3 10 16 1T at 2.88v , which one is better?

That's a nice overclock and you are fine with that voltage although I would not raise it any higher personally.
