Status? Case #39035, RMA #R214219

I opened this RMA on 12-17-06 and sent the defective item via USPS Priority Mail a couple of days later.

I have sent emails to Corsair with no reply, and after much phone tag I was able to talk to a customer service representative who told me that all he could do was send an email to receiving asking about my package.

Could you please tell me what is going on with my stick of RAM?

Good! I just wanted to make sure USPS didn't lose it.

I have used Corsair products for over 6 years now and I have only had 2 failures, which really isn't that bad considering how many computers I own or have owned with Corsair components in them.
