gradas
I have vs1gsds533d2 in my Thinkpad T43. Laptop randomly BSODs, usually once a day. IBM warranty determined due to this RAM stick. I put the stick back in - could not boot it up, would BSOD during boot or 1 min after boot... I ran memtest86, getting 1 error at step 7... RMA? BIOS settings are not tweaked. Laptop is re-imaged to factory default state.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 11, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 11, 2007 Please check with IBM for the latest Bios and update it if they have a newer version then test the system again. If that does not solve the problem then let's try replacing the module. Please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them or it.
