At least one bad stick in CM2X1024-6400C4

One of my matched pair of sticks fails to boot in both the eVGA 680i and the Asus PN5E-SLI 650i. The other stick boots fine in both motherboards, but fails in the first pass of memtest86+ v1.65 test #5, right at the end. I'm not sure whether the 2nd stick has a bad IC or if this is a chipset and/or memtest problem, but I'll have to send them both back anyway, so I am not too worried about it at the moment. Please let me know if I can fill out the RMA form. Thank you.

Edit: Just for completeness I thought I'd mention that the voltage was set to 2.1v and 4-4-4-12 timings with the stick that would boot. Legacy USB disabled on the Asus as well.
