tadiv
I had ram replaced under an RMA in December. After installing the new RAM my system was acting funny (blue screen of death) so I thought I would run your RAM testing software to check the replacement RAM. It was a TWINX2048-3200PT pack, one stick has no problems in any of the 4 memory slots, and the other has errors in every slot. How do I go about getting replacement ram replaced? Should I post my RMA number or does that need to be kept in Email (Private)? As this has caused my system to be down for some time already I would really appreciate a quick resolution.
