bassman324
I have a bad dimm and need to post here to get RMA number. I was getting BSOD so I pulled one dimm and the system works fine. I take out the good dimm and put in the other and the system will not boot. The system gives one long beep which I have been told means your memory is bad. My mobo only has 2 dimm slots and I tested both and got the same results. Do I have to send both dimms back as they are a matched pair? This is my first time here and it upsets me that I have to register to a forum to get an RMA. The part is bad and needs to be replaced. I figured that out on my own and feel this was a waste of time that I have very little of. Thanks!

You can call, email, go to tsxpress.corsairmemory.com, or even fax.
bassman324
Oh sorry! When I filled out the for online for the RMA it asked for the post number and I had to do that to complete the request for RMA.
bassman324
Will I have to send both dimms in since they were sold as a single item? Thanks!
