I have been searching the forums for an amswer for about a week. I have an Asus p5n32 sli se deluxe, Corsair twinx 2048mb pc6400 ddr2 800mhz epp, Intel

x6800 cpu, Thermaltake purepower 850 watt ps, sony dvdrw dru830a, coolmaster cm stacker 830 case, 32" samsung lcd/tv, western digital 320 sata hd. When I first booted I got nothing, not even post. I then cleared the bios and was able to start a windows install for about 2 minutes then it froze, not bsod. I tried the latest bios, but it did not help. I got into the bios once and put 4-4-4-12 like it says on the memory itself, but nothing. It doesn't even beep any more. I also have an Intel Badaxe 975xbxkr which when booted gave 3 beeps which means no memory found. Is there a setting I need to change on the asus board if I can get into the bios? PLease help. I would really like to see what this hardware will do. Thanks for your help Ed :[pouts: Oh can't get it to use memtest

The default/auto "Memory Voltage" setting in your bios is too low. The Corsair suggested value is 2.10v. The latest bios version for this Asus board can be attained here (0603):

A useful link for this board with bios screen shots (just left-click on them for a larger image):
