Rob0
Hi, Just bought a 1GB Flash Voyager and, unfortunately, Windows won't recognise it when plugged into a USB 2 port. I've tried numerous ports on this PC and on others, yet with no recognition - not even to install a driver. The problem is probably not the PC as my older 128MB FV works fine. Are there any steps I can take before having the item replaced?

Rob0
I stated in the original post that I had already tried the device on other PCs - again, same problem. Anyway, as for not buying Corsair; this is the third Corsair product I've bought, and - though another product did run into problems - I've been thoroughly impressed by the quality of the products and their first-class customer service and unless something changes dramatically I'm going to keep buying their stuff.
