We received your package today, but I don’t have any shipping information on the replacements, you can call our customer service at 888-222-4346 Ext "0" and ask them if they can help speed it up. But they were on back order yesterday. Or send an email to rma@corsairmemory.com and ask them to check it for you!

To be honest most 98% of the people who use our modules never have a problem. And many have used our modules for years and never had one fail. But it does happen; and we will do our best to help them as fast as possible.

But we are all human and as such subject to mistakes and the flaws of our existence. And you have to keep in mind that most of people are here because they have a problem, and we do sell a large volume so even thou there are a lot of issues in comparison to what we sell its still less than .005% of what we sell.
