enigma96 Posted January 1, 2007 Share Posted January 1, 2007 I got the corsair 620HX psu for xmas to replace my trusty enermax liberty 500 watt psu. My enermax never got loud when playing bf2, it never spun up the fan was dead quiet. With the corsair psu after playing bf2 for 5 minutes this thing becomes a rocket jet. Why does this psu get so loud, where as my old enermax liberty did not? It is by far the loudest componet t in my system at load, idle its fine dead quiet, but load its too dam loud.
