Wendy1966
Greetings. I'm having a problem with one of my two XMS2 memory modules. The computer simply will not post when the offending stick is installed (in any slot). Everything's fine with the other stick (again, in any slot). The same happens when I use the faulty stick on another motherboard. I used the online RMA form to generate an RMA request, however, when I recieved my email, it seems that the only option is to send the faulty RAM back to the states! Is there anywhere in the UK I can RMA the faulty stick to? Cheers, Blair
Wired
You could try RMAing it through your local reseller.
Wendy1966
That's a negative. They (Overclockers.co.uk) only do a 28 day warranty. My system specs are as follows: EVGA 680i Core 2 Duo 6600 BFG Geforce 8800 GTX 2 sticks of the aforementioned RAM SB Fatality

I'm going to phone overclockers as soon as possible to see if they can sort something out. As you can imagine, I'm not too keen on sending items all the way to the US. Thanks, I've used the form (it seems different from the form I used before). Any ideas if this will generate a UK based RMA?
