Rafael46
Dear Mr. Ram Guy: I will like to know the status of two damaged Corsair memory sticks I sent on approximately Dec 2, 2006. Miss Marisol Ladaga email me telling me that she forwarded the information to the receiving department because the tracking # didn’t show that she had received this in the system. I have not received a reply from the receiving department or anybody else. They are suppose to send me a replacement, because of the life time guarantee. My tracking number (USA POST OFFICE) is VG56 1588385U S I went to the Post Office and they look up in their Computer and told me that the damaged memory modules arrived on 12/07/2006 at 12:21. The recipient or person that it was delivered to and sign is named Brenda Gee. I have a copy from the Post Office, if you need it, I can send it to you if you tell me the address it should be sent. I am sending you the information I gave to Marisol Ladaga if you need it: RMA #: R207779 Case # : 20100 Damaged memory modules sent: TWINX512-3200C2PT (2 MEMORY STICKS). One has one copper pin on each side missing. Thank you.
