pawz
I recently put together my computer and noticed that I smelled smoking coming from it. I pulled out the memory and found that one of my ram sticks had a burned out gold connector. (the other one is fine) I have already taken care of getting a new motherboard (wouldn't want that to happen again). Now, I would like to get this ram replaced. In the computer I had 2 identical sticks of 512MB PC3200 DDR 400. Please let me know how I should continue or if you need further information.
