worthy
Hi, my 680i wont even go POST with my two 6400C4's. It works fine with my friends 5400. But even if I set the timings to 4-4-4-12-T2 and volt to 2.1 It just does not want to go in to POST. They worked at some point, then they just stopped going further then that nice pip noise and C1 error. And I cant borrow my friends 5400 anymore. Any advice that might help? DerekT
What system does your friend have? What settings are they running fine at? Have you memtested them on his machine? http://www.memtest.org Please memtest them on his machine at their rated spec. Would you also gohere and set down your system specs as completely as you can so that we can advise you better? Thanks, Derek

DerekT
You might have a motherboard issue. Keep a good eye on this board because if issues occur and you leave it too long, then you will lose your ability to RMA.
worthy
Well, my mobo likes other ram, Its just that my 6400 wont boot with bot in, and if I get one to boot I cant switch it around in the different slots, while I tested all the slots with some other ram and it worked perfectly running them so I might just send these back and get me some Kingston ones tbh. Too bad I wont be able to use my system before in like a week. Ah well
