Danil Panfilov
I purchased CMX1024-3200C2PT (XMS3202v1.2 0609001-1) 2 GB TwinX Matched Memory Pair via Newegg when i visited my friends in USA on October-November 2006. Now i returned home, to Novosibirsk (Russia). I placed new corsair memory in my computer system (Asus A8N-E + Athlon X2 3800+)... and the computer would not recognize anything, and would not start :( I tested memory sticks separately and i have one good stick and one bad stick now. I believe I need a RMA for the one stick. Hoping to get an RMA soon. Thanks.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 26, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 26, 2006 If you have a Twinx set of modules you should submit the RMA for one Twinx set and get both modules replaced as a set! Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part! Or *New* Tech Support Express” and we will be happy to replace them or it, please note that you are posting from the forum!
