OhReally
I am building a new computer from scratch. When the power was first applied, the computer would not recognize anything, and would not start the POST routine. With one of the sticks installed, the computer comes up to the BIOS. When the other stick is installed in the same location, nothing happens. Unless there is some nuance that I missed, the conclusion is that the Memory Stick is bad. Since I had to hurry up and send in the rebate form for the memory, I do not believe that I can get a redress through New Egg. Unless there is some subtlety that I missed, I believe that the memory stick is bad. Please advise on the next action I should take.
