yellbirds
I just purchased 2 sticks of CM2X-1024-6500C4. My mother board is the Badaxe2. I cannot get both sticks to work. I have tried 1 stick at a time and the same stick will not let me get to the bios. Its always the same stick that will not let me get to the Bios. The other stick will. I cannot get to the Bios if I use both sticks. I believe I need a RMA for the one stick.

yellbirds
Thanks for your fast reply, I filled out the form, I really don't care if they replace both or just 1. Since they are matched if they would be willing to let me give them a CC for the two until they get mine and then give me a refund that way my computer won't be down. If they can't or won't do that I will just send the one back. What do you think? Either way Thanks again for quick and pleasant reply. Let's get it or them replaced, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them or it.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 26, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 26, 2006 You would need to talk to our customer service about that, but if you have a Twinx2048 set of modules you should submit the RMA for one Twinx set and get both modules replaced as a set!
