ABIT AN8 32X Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI X16 ATX AMD Motherboard

CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TWINX2048-3200

Are these two compatible? i'm having a complete shutdown problem after 10 or so hours of game playing. I ran memtest a while back and it was fine.(gave the shutdown then). I replaced the PSU, video card, and motherboard to this one, and still have the problem. I tried each ram stick by itself, still crashed. Tried another set of ram, still crashed. tried another brand of ram, single stick, still crashed.

Here's my full PC:

X. ABIT AN8 32X Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI X16 ATX AMD Motherboard

X. ASUS EN7950GX2/2PHT/1G GeForce 7950GX2 GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Dual GPU HDCP Video Card

X. COOLMAX CX-550B ATX v2.01

X. CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TWINX2048-3200 - Retail

X. Western Digital Caviar SE WD2000JD 200GB 7200 RPM Serial ATA150 Hard Drive

X. AMD Athlon 64 4000+ San Diego 2.4GHz Socket 939 Processor Model ADA4000BNBOX

Any help?

I returned the first video card and bought this new one. So it still happened with #1 alone and #2 alone. I also tried the ram with a single stick at a time, using first stick one then stick 2. crashed with both. I also used another XMS set of ram and a Geil stick on their own. So either all the ram aren't compatible, or as it seems, it's not the ram =/
