Monkeh
I have some TWINX2048-3200C2PT which this morning, out of the blue, decided to fry, or at least, one module did. I've tested both with memtest, and am quite sure one is faulty and the other is not. I just have a couple of questions.. for starters, I'm in the UK. I have to ship to America, correct? If so, who pays the shipping.. Also, as there are two modules, and only one faulty, must I send in both? I'd really rather not lose the use of my one high end machine. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 18, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 18, 2006 I am sorry but if you RMA them with us directly you would pay the shipping to us and we pay to ship them back to you! You can try your reseller and see if they will help you if you like and if not then I would suggest getting both modules replaced as set so they both match!
