Need More RWHP
The two halves of my relatively new Corsair 1GB 133x SD card split apart while putting it into a case like I've always been doing with my other cards. It takes a small amount of pressure to get it to go into the groove, but the weld didn't like it and decided to split. I managed to get the card into the reader to get everything off and format, but the card is more or less gone. Warranty cover this? http://img186.imageshack.us/img186/6809/corsaircrackmc8.jpg http://img469.imageshack.us/img469/2091/corsairsplitay2.jpg

Need More RWHP
Let's get it replaced. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part! Or *New* Tech Support Express” and we will be happy to replace them or it, please note that you are posting from the forum! What seems to be the issue with your Tech Support Express? I had to go through a 20 minute LONG DISTANCE call because the form wasn't working properly and/or someone didn't do something right. I checked the "Ramguy has already helped me on the Support Forums ... " box, then filled out the post number only to get an email telling me " Please state the issue with this drive. Thank you." So I called tech support and they tell me my RMA was rejected b/c I didn't provide a call back # (which I don't have at the moment) and I got transferred to cust. svc, whom I told to look up by the case #. They tell me they have no access to that and I basically had to repeat over everything I filled out online. What is this all about?
