TCSINC
A customer of mine had a computer built for him with: ASUS A8N32-SLI DELUXE Corsair CMX1024-3200, XMS3200v7.1 I just need to know if you guys have tested this memory with this MB. I didn't see on the website this exact model # so that's why I'm asking you. I have 2 x 1GB modules installed. But that's beside the point because it doesn't work with one installed. Please respond ASAP, Thank you
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 15, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 15, 2006 Yes in fact we use that MB on our production line. Did you test the modules one at a time to make sure its not just one thats failing? Or test them in another system?
TCSINC
Yes, I tested them one at a time, in all the slots. I even tested the modules in my P4P800-E DELUXE system. The system didn't boot properly (the monitor didn't turn on). I put back my original RAM and I got the same problem. Turns out my motherboard died. I can't explain this but I have RMAed the P4P800-E DELUXE because of it. I'm pretty sure there is a problem with the Corsair RAM. Can I get an RMA number ASAP? --And yes, I updated the BIOS
