Bzooka
Is it possible to purchase replacement air filters for my 200ex? I have cleaned them numerous times since I have owned the cooler, and they have finally worn out. Thanks
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 13, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 13, 2006 I am sorry but no this has been out of production for almost two years! You can try to find some filter material and make one if you like!

stev
Bzooka, Sorry that there isn't any exact replacement parts for the HC200-EX. To achieve the best performance, you will need to get open-cell polyurethane foam at 60~80 pore per inch @ 2~3mm thickness. The OEM supplier was Foamex. You can get the material at Lowes, Home Depot, Ace, Value, True Valu hardware stores. Even the Frost King home winterization kits sell this foam too. Just scrape-off/cut-off the old material and use a hot glue gun to install the new. It isn't hard to do. Peace! Stev
