RMA Policy

Hello Corsair,


I have just raised a RMA for my Flash Voyager, which is only about 40 days old and living in the UK I am deeply dissapointed that returns must be shipped to USA :mad:


I think that as a company with a global reputation you should try to remember about your customers outside the US.


If the Flash Voyager was only the 512Mb version, it might be cheaper for me to replace it myself than pay the postage to send it for RMA


Sorry for ranting on, but I am sure some others may feel the same way.
