cityofsalisbury
I need an RMA for 2 CMX1024-3200C2PRO memory modules. The computer that they were in crashed, and I could not reinstall an operating system (install would fail when trying to read the disc.....tried serveral discs) until I replaced the bad memory with another set I had. After that, the install went fine, and the system is back up and runnning. I could not submit a RMA without posting here to get the post #, so here's the post. Thanks. Wired
It won't go through until Corsair contacts you via this thread. NOTE THAT A FORUM POST IS NOT NEEDED FOR AN RMA!
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 7, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 7, 2006 Can you tell the make and model of MB you have along with the CPU speed and it’s FSB as well? In addition, please tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?
