Adarius69
I recently had a problem with my computer...it crashed and stopped working so I tried to reinstall windows, it would not let me reinstall windows. I kept getting files that would not copy correctly so the install could not complete, I took my computer to Best Buy and they ran a memtest for me and told me that both my ram sticks were bad(one completely bad and one half bad) I have since installed new ram and it is working fine so I need to get the 2 bad ones replaced and I believe they have lifetime warrenty. I have 2, 1gb sticks... CMX1024-3200, what do I need to do to get those replaced? Thanks
