I also posted in the Compatibility forum since there r more ppl and I need to ask some questions. but no one has responded yet.

one of the memory module isnt working, so I want to RMA it. I bought it fromn newegg a week ago.

there's my questions

1, I heard the C4 module works better with my p5b-deluxe board. so Isnt anyway that I can RMA my c5 modules and get a C4? Im willing to pay for the extra.

2, If I cant change to C4, do I have to send in both of 2 modules, or just the defective one???

I posted all the infos about my settings or system in the other thread:

Can Ramguy or somebody respond to my questions?

Any help is appreciated.

Please help

thank you.

I am sorry but we would not be able to change to another part# under RMA, I would suggest contacting the reseller and see if they can help you with that request.

And you should always get Twinx sets replaced as a set.

Of Course :D:

Im only afraid of no one's gonna help ^_^

asus p5b deluxe wifi ,

core 2 due E6600

corsair cm2x2048-6400 c5 2gb

asus eax1900 cross fire 512mb

I used the settings Timius put in the p5b deluxe thread which were: 5,5,5,12,6,42,3,11,5,14. one of the module failed the test.

but I still tested with ramguy's recommand: 5,5,5,12,5, and 15 for write to precharge.

disabled lagacy ports, mem volt 2.1. everything else were set to default.

I still get the same result.

I also tried other settings like 5,5,5,12,6, with 15 for write to precharge just hope they might work out but they dont.

(during the test, I did not over clock the cpu. other settings I didnt mention were set to default.)

Of of the module always work thou.

I also have the screen shot during the test in my cam, if u need, I could provide them.

during the test, I did not over clock the cpu.

thanks for the concern.

Please do not double post. The probable reasons why no one responded yesterday were a) weekend b) corsair's closed on the weekends.
