kvkawin
in motherboard Tyan S2603UANM-380 (not overclocked) we have 8 modules of 256 Mo RDRAM ECC PC800, all identical. With Memtest we have a lot of errors with test 2 and 3. If i remove a module, to find the bad one, our server doesn't work. I don't know the bad module, and i can't test in another computer. Thanks for your help.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 4, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 4, 2006 I would check with the MB maker but I think you may have to use terminators in any open slots and I would test the system with just 2 or four modules at a time with http://www.memtest.org swapping the modules one at a time with the remaining 4 or six modules.
