metri8
Hi, I have the TWINX2048-3200C2PT and it looks like one of my modules has gone bad. I have tested both and only one gives me errors, regardless of which slot it is in. I am about 30% into running memtest on the bad module again and I have over 400,000 errors. My question is do I need to send both in since they were purchased as a paired set? How long does it usually take as far as return shipping goes? I ask because I will be going out of town on the 14th and need to figure out where I should have the replacement delivered. If I send in the modules on the 13th can I get the replacements delivered after a certain date?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 4, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 4, 2006 You should always get sets of modules replaced as a set so they match, and the average turn arround time is 5-7 Bussiness days. I would suggest contacting our customer service at 888-222-4346 once you have the RMA number to talk about the best address to ship them to!
