Zatarque
Hi I currently the motherboard MSI P4N Diamond and I have 2 types of memory, Twin2x1024A-5400UL and Twin2x1024-5400C4Pro. I would like to know if it is possible to make them function together. Thanks
Wired
theoretically, yes, never recommended, good chance it may be unstable.
Zatarque
I tested, but I don't have to find the voltage and the Latency so that the memory are stable together

Either way, can you please be more specific?
Zatarque
it's a statement, I have changed the voltage and the frequency in the bios but I am not able to make them stable. I would like more information on the stability of these memory. That is to say the frequencies and voltages which function for each memory :): Thanks
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 5, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 5, 2006 First thing, I would not suggest mixing memory with any MB! And I would suggest testing the modules one set at a time at their tested settings to make sure one is not failing. But I really doubt they will run together at any setting on this MB, but you can try and set the memory voltage to 2.1 Volts and set the memory Frequency at 533 MHz at set the timings to Cass 4-4-4-15 and then test the system with http://www.memtest.org and see if it will pass http://www.memtest.org.
