The Best RAM Memory for Intel Desktop Board D975XBX

Hi Friends:

 

I would like to buy a new Intel Desktop Board D975XBX ATX Motherboard with Intel 975X (Socket 775) but I'm not sure about the RAM-Memory.

 

I would like to have 2GB-RAM Memory and I have the following options:

 

1. Corsair XMS2 Xtreme Performance TwinX Matched - Memory - 2 GB ( 2 x 1 GB ) - DIMM 240-pin - DDR II - 800 MHz / PC2-6400 - CL5 - 1.9 V TWINX2048-6400

3. Corsair Value Select memory - 2 GB ( 2 x 1 GB ) - DIMM 240-pin - DDR II ( VS2GBKIT533D2)

 

What is the best RAM-Memory do you recommend me?
