DaveGT
Hi, Is the TwinX XMS2 6400 DDR2 Memory Kit (2 x 1024MB) compatible with a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3? I have bought ******** 2x512mb 6400 memory and I am getting errors in Windows Diagnostic on one of the sticks so I am going to RMA. I have decided that I want 2GB now and the shop I am returning it to sells these Corsair modules. Could someone tell me if there are any issues with this memory being used in this board, and will they be able to run at 800Mhz 4-4-4-12? System specs: E6400 @ Stock with Stock cooler GA-965P-DS3 @F7 BIOS ******** 2X512MB PC2-6400 CAS3 Enermax Liberty 500w Thermaltake Xaser III Sapphire X1950PRO Any help would be appreciated, Cheers, Dave
Yellowbeard
That memory should run great in your MOBO. To check all of your options, I'd suggest that you use our Memory Configurator link below in my signature.
DaveGT
Yeah checked that out the other day, you guys at Corsair seem to provide the best support for your customers, makes me more egaer to buy. I would like RAM with 4-4-4-12 timings but firstly I want it to work without errors at 800Mhz and if this RAM can do that I will be happy  Has anyone got this memory in this board that can give me some information on how it performs first hand?
