shugami Posted November 29, 2006 Share Posted November 29, 2006 Hi, I opened a case (Case # 225961) and got an RMA (R203880) on 1st november 2006 and send the package 2 weeks ago. But when I go to the http://tsx.corsair.com website, I still have a message telling me that my case does not exist. Is it normal ?
