RMA taking long time?

Hi,

 

regarding my case #15624 with RMA R205240, the USPS tracking shows my presumably faulty memory has been delivered to you at Nov. 15th. I have, however, not heard back from you yet, let alone received any shipment.

 

Is it possible to give me a brief status update?
