2x Flash Voyager 1GB Flash drives broken

Hi, my name is James, and I have a small problem. I had purchased 3x Flash Voyager 1GB Flash drives last June on Newegg.com to use for my personal business and school work. But I had lost 1 (Dumb Me) and the metal connectors on the other two have come completely off! The work I do is rough and the constant plugging and unplugging seems to have revealed a weak spot in an otherwise durable and wonderful product. I need to know if I can get them replaced, and if so do I have to fill out 1 or 2 RMA's? plz help. (By the way, those drives really are close to indestructible):sunglasse

Where do I put the quantity? I filled out the RMA request and didn't see anything relating to the quantity.

It should ask in the form if not just fill out the request and in the notes section let them know the quantity! And check the email you get from RMA that it shows the right quantity. If not reply to that email and let them know!
