Yellowbeard
Have you resolved this issue? If you have not already, can you please test the PC6400C3 DIMMs with http://www.memtest.org for 5-10 passes each. Please set the timings manually to 4,4,4,12 and set the voltage to 2.1v. Hi specmike Sorry my PC has been down for the time and did not see your request, once the stick in question is installed I can not do anything, the PC will not post or anything. I went to rma it but the C3DF is not listed and redbeard said he would update the drop down menu on monday.
Yellowbeard
I think that there is a "Not Listed" or similiar selection in the dropdown menu. Either way, we will get you taken care of ASAP on MON.

palese
I tried the memtest and it worked on the good stick but when I shut down and added the bad stick it would not even post or show anything on the screen:eek:
Yellowbeard
Will the suspect DIMM post by itself in the same slot as the first stick you used? Will it post in any of the slots?

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 11, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 11, 2006 I am sorry about that, but many times orders are booked in advance for hard to get items! They may have been waiting for that order for a longer time. You can call them at 888-222-4346 and dial "0" and ask them for an update if you like! palese
Hay guys I got my replacement ram back:D: I will try it tonight or in the morning, one question I have is that on your web site it says 2.4V setting, is this correct? I ordered an Intel Bad Axe 2 as I will not chance putting this fine ram in another 680i chip set board until Nvidia gets it figured out.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 15, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 15, 2006 Please see Dominator Qualifications and Testing! And if you have XM2S-6400C3DF then yes its 2.4 Volts and if its XM2S-8500C5D its 2.2 Volts!
