Threatcon
I have one bad module of ram in my dual set and the TWINX1024-3200XLPRO is not listed in the drop down boxes at http://tsxpress.corsairmemory.com/ Do I choose the TWINX1024-3200C2PRO from the drop down box on the tsxpress site instead? Or does it mean that my TWINX1024-3200XLPRO is not under warranty anymore? I am the original owner of this ram, bought it around Feb 2004, not overclocked, not tampered with in any way. Something happened to my computer rig when I mailed it from Tokyo, Japan to Florida, US (I'm in the US military if your wondering about the drastic change of locations there). When I booted up the system it only saw one stick of 512 and not both at 1024. I tried the ram in my wifes computer and it did not work in there either. Went out and bought some OCX and those work. Please advise
Wired
They've got a LIFETIME warranty, however they're not made anymore. They probably goofed and removed it from TSX by accident. Ram Guy will clear it up later today when he wakes up, goes to work, etc :)
