Bad Module - no serial number

Hello, i have a problem with RMA Support:


I think i have a bad module or a bad pair of modules TWINX 3200C2, so i filled out the Tech Support Express!


After that i get each time an email to put my serial number in, but on my modules there is no serial number.

First i send back the form without entering a number, but i recieved the email again, so i ignored it, but i dont get any information now since a week!


What should i do now?

My Case Number: 15632
