akuday
I purchased CM2X1024-X memory sticks on the 17th of october through Amazon.com. They came in original packaging in 10 days! When I installed the sticks, computer did not boot. I tried on several other computers, had the same result. I noticed one of the sticks was getting hotter in couple of seconds. When I removed that stick computer boots fine with the remaining one stick. Tried it on several other computers, same result. There is no overclocking or anything like that. Everything is set on default in the bios. One of the sticks is defective for sure. What do I do to get an RMA? i already filled out an RMA request form, no anwser as of now.
