Merc
I running a set of XMS2048-PC4000PT on my A8N32 SLI Deluxe mobo. I have an Opteron 165 installed running at 334x9 (3006MHz) 1.47v (still playing with this chip). The RAM is currently on the 133 divider as I am working the CPU at the moment but I am hoping to set it on the 166 divider, which would mean about 270MHz or so. My question is what max Vdimm can I dial in for this RAM? Is 2.9v OK or should I stick to 2.8v? TIA

Merc
Thanks CMC. Gave it a shot and no go. Tightened the timings up to 2.5/3/3/6 1T and that works fine, so, 6 one way, half dozen the other.
Merc
So 2.9v is not OK for this RAM?
